At VisionFlow, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your request.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used eye care products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. After this timeframe, orders may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs when applicable.
